Being Happy Dumplings

A new haven of authentic Chinese delicacy has arrived at SM Fairview, the home of the only restaurant in the country to offer a flavored Hakaw, The Happy Dumplings. We’re lucky to be the first to try the newest addition of restaurants in the ever growing food landscape of SM Fairview. Enjoy a fresh and vibrant feel of the restaurant as you enter. You can also see the open kitchen as their Chef actively prepare your orders.

Apart from the authentic HongKong style dishes, the price ranges are very flexible. Anyway, read along as I described the dishes that we’ve tried.
Flavored Hakaw – priced at P128 for 4pcs and P238 for 8pcs for sure you’ll enjoy guessing what could be the plain, szechuan, garlic, satay wasabi, curry bagoong and salted. The hakaws the we tried are good. I love how soft and silky those wrappers while you get to enjoy those flavors in fun colors which you’re trying to figure.
Rice Toppings – all under P200, these rice toppings are among what I love here. You’ll get that rice and ulam combo for a price that sure you can afford.
Tausi Spareribs – P138

Fried Spring Rolls – P98

Salt and Pepper Spareribs – P148

Fish fillet with Corn Sauce – P148

Barbeque Spareribs – P168

Beef Brisket Noodle Soup – P148, for noodle lovers, at below P150, this is very affordable considering the serving size. Be sure to tell the cook how you want your noodles done just in case you’ve a preference.

Combi 3 Pork Asado HK Style Fried Chicken Lechon Macau – P250, this is a classic for sharing meal which you get to enjoy some of their roasting offering.

Dimsum – these are among the must try for their dimsum aside from thr hakaw. All are nicely done.
Asado Siopao – P98

Shrimp Siomai – P128

Beancurd Roll – P108

Rice – these fried rice are nice as they’re not that oily when served and very tasty too. These are good for sharing.
Salted Fish and Yang Chow – P128
There you have it. Those are among the foods that you can explore at Happy Dumplings. For sure you got something in mind that you might want to try.
